zmieniaj\u0105ca uchwa\u0142\u0119 w sprawie wyboru metody ustalenia op\u0142aty za gospodarowanie odpadami
komunalnymi, ustalenia stawki takiej op\u0142aty oraz ustalenia stawki op\u0142aty za pojemnik o okre\u015blonej
pojemno\u015bci
Na podstawie art. 6k ust. 1 i 2, ust. 3 i 4a oraz art. 6j ust. 2, 2a i 3b ustawy z dnia 13
wrze\u015bnia 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czysto\u015bci i porz\u0105dku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 399), uchwala
si\u0119, co nast\u0119puje:
\u00a7 1. W uchwale Nr LVI\/1749\/2021 Rady m.st. Warszawy z dnia 18 listopada 2021 r. w sprawie
wyboru metody ustalenia op\u0142aty za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi, ustalenia stawki takiej
op\u0142aty oraz ustalenia stawki op\u0142aty za pojemnik o okre\u015blonej pojemno\u015bci (Dz. Urz. Woj. Maz. poz.
10074 i 12044) po \u00a7 5 dodaje si\u0119 \u00a7 5a i \u00a7 5b w brzmieniu:
\u201e\u00a7 5a. W okresie od dnia 1 pa\u017adziernika 2024 r. do dnia 30 wrze\u015bnia 2025 r.:
1) ustala si\u0119 stawk\u0119 op\u0142aty od gospodarstwa domowego w nieruchomo\u015bci zabudowanej budynkiem
wielolokalowym w wysoko\u015bci 60,00 z\u0142;
2) ustala si\u0119 stawk\u0119 op\u0142aty od gospodarstwa domowego w nieruchomo\u015bci zabudowanej budynkiem
mieszkalnym jednorodzinnym w wysoko\u015bci 91,00 z\u0142.
\u00a7 5b. W okresie od dnia 1 pa\u017adziernika 2024 r. do dnia 30 wrze\u015bnia 2025 r. okre\u015bla si\u0119 stawki op\u0142aty
podwy\u017cszonej za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi, je\u017celi w\u0142a\u015bciciel nieruchomo\u015bci nie
wype\u0142nia obowi\u0105zku zbierania odpad\u00f3w w spos\u00f3b selektywny, w wysoko\u015bci dwukrotnej wysoko\u015bci
stawek op\u0142at okre\u015blonych:
1) w \u00a7 5a pkt 1 \u2013 w wysoko\u015bci 120,00 z\u0142;
2) w \u00a7 5a pkt 2 \u2013 w wysoko\u015bci 182,00 z\u0142.\u201d.
\u00a7 2. Wykonanie uchwa\u0142y powierza si\u0119 Prezydentowi Miasta Sto\u0142ecznego Warszawy.
\u00a7 3. 1. Uchwa\u0142a podlega og\u0142oszeniu w Dzienniku Urz\u0119dowym Wojew\u00f3dztwa Mazowieckiego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
